Taleya Johnson

Taleya Johnson was born and raised in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. She is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others through art and spirituality. Her lifelong passion for creativity, combined with her innate ability to teach and help others led her to pursue her degree in Art Education. Art Education became an avenue for her to express herself artistically while also facilitating therapeutic art classes. After obtaining her BFA in Art Education with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University, she went to serve a local non-profit at a homeless shelter for women and children. Taleya is currently working as a painting instructor at the National Harbor while also offering a multitude of different services like: Private Paint and Sip Events, Custom Art and Jewelry pieces, and Intuitive Healing Sessions.
