CHARMINIQUE BYNUM
Charminique I. Bynum, an Indiana-native, grew up in the DMV which has given her an unique blend of strength and insight that allows her to relate to a wide range of people.
She best utilizes these skills in the many roles she plays as part of the Administration of The Gathering at Forestville where she serves as the Executive Assistant to the Pastor, Office Operations Director, Worship Team member and Intercessor. Charminique strives to continue to "grow in the grace and knowledge" in the building and shaping of God’s Kingdom, through the gift and work of administration. In 2018, Charminique became the founder of The CAA which is a organization that seeks to assist Leadership by training the ones that serve in an administrative and/or adjutant capacity.
Charminique has the true heart of a servant leader and a passion for giving back to the youth (especially those at-risk) which has led to her involvement as a mentor, counselor, and life-skills speaker for Jacob’s Ladder At-Risk youth program. In 2019 her passion for youth opened a door for her and she accepted a Head Coach position for a Fairfax County high school’s freshmen girls basketball program.

She along with her god-son reside in Fairfax, VA.
Charminique's favorite quote is "Learn to be great where you are!"
